INGREDIENTS:

4-6 slices Bacon, cut up in 1 inch squares (I like the
Maple flavor best)
1 small Onion, diced
Pinch Black Pepper
small can Tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon Parmesan or Romano
6-8 oz Pasta



















Dice Onions, start boiling water for Pasta




















Fry Bacon, drain on paper towels. Reserve a dab of
Bacon grease.
Now with just a dab of the Bacon grease, saute the
Bacon and Onions with a dash of Black Pepper



















When the Onions start to get soft and lightly brown,
add the Tomato sauce and stir



















Simmer for a few min, Pasta should be almost done.
Drain and plate the Pasta, top with Sauce and some
Cheese.




















My son who burns microwaved TV dinners made
