Homemade Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. prepared  Pie Dough
about 5 Granny Smith Apples
1/3rd stick Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
about 1/8th Cup Cinnamon
splash of Lemon Juice

NOTE: If you want a sweeter Pie, add a bit more of
either Sugars




















Wash Apples, then cut up discarding core. Pour some
Lemon Juice over them and stir in. This helps them
from turning brown.
Add the Sugars, Cinnamon and 1/2 of the Flour, stir
in.


















The prepared Pie Dough should be at room
temperature. Carefully unwrap and sprinkle a bit of
Flour over the top, then put your pie tin over it and
flip it over into it.
Put Apple mixture in Pie shell, top with thin slices of
Butter and a sprinkling of Flour.






































Unwrap the other Pie Dough and sprinkle Flour on
it, then put over the top, crimping shut around the
sides. Poke a few holes on top to release steam.



















Bake 350*F for little over 30 min, till Pie Crust is
browned. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing
and serving.
