Put Apple mixture in Pie shell, top with thin slices of Butter and a sprinkling of Flour.
Unwrap the other Pie Dough and sprinkle Flour on it, then put over the top, crimping shut around the sides. Poke a few holes on top to release steam.
Bake 350*F for little over 30 min, till Pie Crust is browned. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
