INGREDIENTS:
Beefsteak (large round) Tomatoes cut half (Plum Tomatoes as well as Cherry Tomatoes can be used, . Cherry Tomatoes make a great Appetizer too!!) pinch of Salt and Pepper per Tomato About 1-2 Tablespoons of Mozzarella Cheese (shredded preferably) or Mexican Quesidilla shredded Cheese or both About 1 small notch of Butter per Tomato large pinch of Parmesan
I put my slices on a foil lined cookie sheet. Melt the Butter and pour on top. Then sprinkle with some Salt and Pepper.
Sprinkle Parmesan then shredded Cheese on top.
Bake 350*F for a few minutes until the Cheese is melted. Carefully remove each Tomato and plate. Pouring over the butter sauce and juices is optional.
