A traditional favorite and famous around this house.
INGREDIENTS:
A few slices of Bread, to be made into toast when ready to serve 1 small bottle Dried Beef; about 10 slices or more notch of Butter about 1/4 cup Flour about 1/2 Cup or more of WHOLE Milk about 4 Tablespoons Creamed Cheese
NOTE: I ONLY cook with WHOLE Milk. If you drink non fat or 2 % that's fine and dandy, but if you're going to incorporate a Milk into any sauce, only use WHOLE Milk. You can buy in single serving size (I guess they come by the 1/2 pint and larger) if you don't normally stock this. I do not recommend you cook with non fat or 2% as it will make the sauce soupy and runny.
With scissors, cut up the Beef and set aside.
With a notch of Butter, begin to saute the Beef on low.
