Cream of
Mushroom
Soup
INGREDIENTS (for 1 Bowl)

Handfull of diced Mushrooms
1 Tablespoon Butter
Dash of Salt and Pepper
about 3-4 Tablespoons Flour
1 Cup Chicken Broth (or make from Boullion)
about 1/2 Cup or so of WHOLE Milk
Garlic Cloves diced (optional)





















Diced Garlic is optional.






















1 Cup of Chicken Broth. You can nuke a Boullion
cube if you want. Beef Broth gives it a good taste
too if you prefer.
Now begin to saute the Mushrooms in Butter
with dashes of Salt and Pepper.
(Add the Garlic with it if you elect to have it)




















Add the Flour, stir quickly.









































Pour in the Broth and stir.
Now add the Milk, stir in good, then high flame.






















Let the Milk "rise up". When it does, simmer on low flame
for a few min.









































Ladle out and enjoy!!
