INGREDIENTS
1 6lb. can of Stewed or Whole Italian Plum Tomatoes 1/4 lb. Ground Pork Handful of Fresh Basil, stems removed 1 Tablespoon Salt and Pepper 2-3 Tablespoons fine diced Garlic cloves 1-2 Tablespoons Parsley and Oregano
Cut up the Tomatoes and put into a bowl. Save liquid. With a Potato masher, mash up the Tomatoes.
