INGREDIENTS
1 6lb. can unseasoned Tomato Sauce 1 stick of Butter 1 Onion, diced fine 1 Tablespoon each Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Oregano 2 Tablespoons finely diced Garlic cloves 1/4 to 1/3rd Cup GRANULATED Garlic NOTE: Only use Granulated Garlic. If you don't have any, or can't find, then use 1 Tablespoon Garlic POWDER - not Garlic Salt. You could also just triple up the fresh dice Garlic cloves from 2 to 6-8 Tablespoons.
Pour the Tomato sauce into a large pot. Add the diced Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Parsley and Oregano to the sauce and stir. Simmer on medium/low.
