INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup chopped Onions
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup or more Breadcrumbs
3-4 slices or more White Bread (crusts removed and
frozen to make homemade Croutons) Cut Bread up
into little cubes.


















Begin to add all the ingredients.





































Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Form into golf sized balls and put into baking pan.



















Add some water to bottom of the pan, this will
prevent them from sticking. Bake 350*F for about
1/2 hour, turning them over after 15 min.


















Add more water if needed. Plate and serve with
juices, top with Parmesan.


















Serve with Spaghetti or



















Make a
Meat Ball sandwich.


















You can freeze the Meatballs. Defrost and reheat a
bit in the oven or microwave with a bit of water.
NOTE:
You can serve these as appetizers as well. I
would make them a bit more smaller and bake
for 20 min.
Then top with their own juices or pour some
BBQ sauce over the top. (Add a bit of water to
the sauce so it's not so thick)
Or you can pour a bit of homemade Spaghetti
sauce over them.
Plop in toothpicks.
