INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup ea. Ketchup & Yellow Mustard (@ various
times)
dashes of Salt & Pepper
I Onion, diced
1/2 cup or more Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
4 slices of Bread (cut up and crusts removed)
1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix (pkg directions)
3-6 Potatoes



































Rinse Potaotes, and with a fork, poke holes in
them, wrap each in tine foil and Bake 350*F for
about an hour





































Chop up and dice Onions
Now put Onions in with Eggs with dashes of
Salt and Pepper


















Add Beef


















Add some Ketchup & Mustard



















Cut up Bread



















Spray a Bread Tin with non stick Sray
Now ROCKY always patiently waits
whenever I cook


















Take a knife and make a slit down the
middlen


















Pour more Ketchup & Mustard in that


















Bake with the Potatoes 350*F for 1 hour
When nearly done, get Butter and Sour
Cream out


















Make Brown Gravy mix pkg directions


















Plate and serve
