INGREDIENTS:

Splash of Mustard
Touch of Vegetable Oil
Pinches of Salt and Pepper
Spaetzle
Can of Peas
Dash of Butter
1-2 pkgs Brown Gray mix
1 lb or more Ground Beef






















I would use 2 pkgs of the Brown Gravy mix if yiou're
going to make 1lb of meat or more.Make according
to pkg directions, use 1/2 to bake with, the other
have to top with when done. (Gravy boat too)






















Spaetzle is a type of Dumpling, and these take
some time to boil and finish so start boiling them
now. The Peas you can always nuke right before
plating.























In a bowl, put Ground Beef and some Mustard.
Make into Hamburger Patties. With just a bit of
Vegetable Oil to prevent sticking, just lightly brown
the Patties, do NOT fry all the way. Sprinkle Salt and
Pepper on both sides while browning.






















Put in baking dish.






















Make Gravy
Now top with 1/2 of the Gravy Mix. Make sure you
"jiggle" the pan around so some Gravy gets
underneath the Patties.






















Bake 350*F for about 1/2 hour, check to make sure
Gravy isn't drying out, if it is, add a bit of water.





















Drain Spaetzle, nuke Peas, plate and top with extra
Gravy. My son could eat this every day.
