INGREDIENTS: (per pepper)
small handfull Ground Beef
about 1/2 Cup INSTANT Rice
Large Green Bell Pepper
about 1/2 Cup Ketchup
(Corn on the Cob with Butter as side dish)
Slice the top off the Green Pepper (about 1 inch down)
and save.
Remove seeds.
Now in a bowl, mix Rice, Ground Beef and some Ketchup
Stuff the Peppers with this
For each Pepper, pour about 1/2 Cup water into ea.
Now put Peppers into a deep saute pan, and add
water about 1/2 way up. (Do not cover the Peppers
with water tho)
Pour some Ketchup onto top of each Pepper, add
some more Ketchup to the water and stir in.
Cover with a tall pot. Turn flame to medium low, and
simmer for about 30-45 minutes, until Pepper is really
soft.
Plate and serve with sauce.
