Wash the Mushrooms, remove the stems and save. In a pot put the Ground Beef, Garlic, 1/3rd of the Butter and begin to saute. In a medium size pan put the remaining Butter.
When the Ground Beef is cooking, add the Capers. You want to mash up the Ground Beef into teeny bits .as possible.
In the other saute pan, put the remaining Butter, the Mushroom Caps and stems, begin to saute.
You only want to lightly saute the caps for about one minute on each side. Remove to small pie tin or baking pan. Continue to saute the caps
