Wash the Mushrooms, remove the stems and save. In a pot
put the Ground Beef, Garlic, 1/3rd of the Butter and begin
to saute.
In a medium size pan put the remaining Butter.

When the Ground Beef is cooking, add the Capers. You
want to mash up the Ground Beef into teeny bits .as
possible.

In the other saute pan, put the remaining Butter, the
Mushroom Caps and stems, begin to saute.

You only want to lightly saute the caps for about one minute
on each side. Remove to small pie tin or baking pan.
Continue to saute the caps
You don't want to cook the Mushroom caps too much,
rather you just want to brown them just a bit in the
Butter sauce. They will continue to cook when they are
baked in the oven.

Put more Butter into the stem saute if you think you
might need it.

Take the Ground Beef mixture and stuff each cap. Save
any juice.

Pour all juices from each pan, top with Cheese, Bake
350*F for about ten min.

Plate Caps and pour sauce over. Serve Hot
