INGREDIENTS:

1 sheet Nori (seaweed)
hanfull Japanese Rice
sprinkling of Sesame Seeds
a few strips of Cucumber skinned
about 2 Tablespoon Eel
a dash of Eel Sauce

Put a handfull of Japanese Rice on a sheet of Nori, spread over evenly
and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
Flip over.
Add the Cucumber strips...

Put the Eel on tin foil and put in toaster oven for about a min. If you don't
have a toaster oven, you can use the broiler or oven.
Keep an eye on it tho. It should be only slightly crispy.
When done, put the Eel next to the Cucumber strips.

Gently roll up.
Now with a Sushi mat (covered in Saran Wrap so it doesn't stick)
press into shape gently.

As with any roll, wet sharp knife, cut in half, then cut those half's in
half so you get 8 pieces.

Philadelphia Roll )

Plate and top with Eel Sauce.
Sometimes you can find Eel and Eel sauce in your grocery store, but
if not, check out Ethnic stores.

Put some Ginger slices and Wasabi (Japanese Horseradish) on the
side.
