FLAMBÉ

First on low flame, melt Butter

Then increase flame and get ready to
flambé!!

NOTE: Stand aside when you use a small cup
to pour the alcohol into the pan. Make sure
your hair and any long sleeves are away.
When sauté is sizzling, pour in Vodka, then
tilt the pan towards the flame.

The flame should burn down in a minute.
Afterwards, add the Heavy Whipping Cream,
increase flame to high.
FINISH UP

Your Pasta should be cooking by now.

Let the Cream sauce "rise" to the top, then
simmer on low.

You can add Parsley, or in this case, I
added a bit of left over Ground Beef
(browned).

Add a few Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce

Stir and simmer on low for a minute more.

Drain Pasta, plate and top with Sauce.

with Rosemary.
