INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 stick Butter
10 or so Red Peppercorns (Optional)
4 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
1/2 shot Vodka
Garlic Clove

If you can't find Pink Peppercorns,
don't worry, it's optional.

Smash the clove of Garlic, or for a
more Garlic-ly flavor, dice.

Put Pink Peppercorns, Garlic and
Butter into saute pan, begin to melt
Butter
FLAMBE

First on low flame, melt Butter

Then increase flame and get ready
to flambe!!

NOTE: Stand aside when you use a
small cup to pour the alcohol into
the pan. Make sure your hair and
any long sleeves are away. When
saute is sizzling, pour in Vodka, then
tilt the pan towards the flame.

The flame should burn down in a
minute.
Afterwards, add the Heavy Whipping
Cream, increase flame to high
FINISH UP

Your Pasta should be cooking by
now.

Let the Cream sauce "rise" to the
top, then simmer on low.

You can add Parsley, or in this
case, I added a bit of left over
Ground Beef (browned).

Add a few Tablespoons of Tomato
Sauce

Stir and simmer on low for a minute
more.

Drain Pasta, plate and top with
Sauce.
